ONGOING SUPPORT
Each year every member will be invited to visit the Centre for an assessment by the physiotherapist and the Centre Manager. In this way we can check on their M.S. symptoms and make sure that no-one is left on their own to cope with the condition.
As our numbers grow obviously the number of hours we need our professional therapists to work grows also, so our expenses are continually growing.
We are continually looking at ways of improving the service we offer and any suggestions made by our members are looked at seriously.
Any complaints should be reported to the Manager, in the first instance, if you are not happy with the outcome then please contact one of the Trustees. All complaints will be taken seriously.
